You didn't know this, because Amma's little helpers are very efficient at disappearing the truth:
Rishi Taavi Kassila, top promoter, tour organizer, meditation instructor and ashram resident of the Amma Mata Amritanandamayi Devi Hugging Saint cult [in Finland] has been accused of sex addiction, abuse and dishonesty. Embarrassing testimony, posted by authenticated witnesses, challenged Kassila to defend himself in court. Publicly, the Amma cult responded with a single online statement denying their connection to the accused, Taavi Kassila. Secretly, Amma's helpers were scrubbing their internet servers, erasing all evidence of Taavi Kassila's long history of public service within the Amma cult.While it maybe not be the fault of the hugging devi herself that her org's leader in Finland got handsy with the devotees, it's certainly her fault to order a coverup. What does this prove? That Amma is a businesswoman first and foremost, and that she and her org went into high gear to protect their source of revenue. The truth, meanwhile, gets hacked to death and left in a ditch to die.

Amma didn't order any sort of cover-up. She lives openly. The people who do dishonest things in her name do not and are confused people. Just as the pure ideals that she represents are distorted by the misbehavior of some, so also, do other people take such actions upon themselves, in their own distorted understanding of love, loyalty and service. Amma didn't order any sort of coverup. She is not accountable for the behavior and actions of people who claim to be her followers. She has repeatedly said, I have no disciples, I don't want followers. It is enough for me if you follow the truth within your own self. Simply because someone says they believe in you, doesn't make them a representative of you. Their belief, their following is in their own minds, not at your command. Look at the followers of Jesus Christ. What a group! None was there when He carried the cross. His best disciples came later, as St. Francis, St. Esteban, Mother Therese and Gandhi. Amma never tells her followers to do unrighteous things. We should rather see that those who behave like this have not understood her message of love and truth, and have abrrogated authority to themselves.
Hoodwinked is a word that comes to mind reading this.
Another perfect example of the plain Truth getting distorted in the name of spiritual business.
Concerning this 'rishi' the internet is full of accusations about him. And the holy mother keeps her silence.
I guess that's business as usual in the spiritual world.

Do you live openly with Amma Amritanandamayi or only see her surrounded by her security goons at public events, P.K. Wiley?
Did you miss the main point that the Amma cult has erased evidence connecting Taavi Kassila to Amma?
Should Amma allow a sex pest to harass and infect the women of Amritpuri where Kassila has a residence?
When an organization engages in cover-ups rather than coming clean, it enters the territory of the destructive cult.
After reading this I am going to hug my Amma doll very tightly :-p

Here goes another 'infallible' tradition...
When someone says, "I am God.", with the objective of convincing others, a cult has been created. When lots of money comes to that cult it is destructive. As for PK Willey repeating Amma's statement that she has no disciples, perhaps he doesn't know how jealously Amma tries to keep her non disciples close to her and away from others gurus. Many of her followers are actually afraid to be seen at the programs of other gurus. Amma with her lie that she is God has spawned other versions of this same lie. Karunamayi also says she is God. There are now as many Gods walking around trying to drain money out of America as there are freckles on the face of a red headed girl.

I confirm that Amma disciples are afraid to attend non-Amma darshans in case they are reported to Ammabot HQ.
Ammabots aggressively preach against other gurus.
If Amma's PR man has always been a scammer what does that say about Amma's PR? It is also a scam!
