Look Ma! We've made Boing Boing! Again! And again! Once again! Yet again! And once again!
.... I try to poop *in* the toilet, not *on* it.While we understand that gurus are held sacred by many, they are also public figures deserving of scrutiny. Our primary aim is to inject a little humor into what can be an excessively self-righteous enterprise, and to illustrate the primary truth that no matter how divine their devotees believe them to be, gurus poop on the same pot we do.

Cool sticker -- LOL. It'll look good next to the one on the other side of my bumper that says, "My kid is an honor student at Maharishi University." What can you do to help people who are foolish enough to believe that there are perfect, "enlightened" beings out there who promote themselves on youtube? It's a bit of a hopeless situation, really. Everyone has made up their minds about what "the truth" is and is only seeking confirmation -- accepting those things that are consistent with their views and rejecting all else. When something changes internally -- and not a second before that appointed time -- people become open to seeing a different reality. Even then, the process of accepting and rejecting continues. We worship money, then baby Jesus or Krishna, then a series of marginal teachers and con artists, then some anti-guru or nondual or rationalist philosophy, then money again, then something else, ad nauseam. There's always some movement in some new direction, taking us on a ride to nowhere in particular. At some point, we realize it's all a big joke -- that there's no point, no goal, nothing to get worked up about... that none of it really fucking matters. We just drift where the current of carries us, knowing we're damned no matter what we do, laughing at the absurdity.
