Murders At Ammachi's Matt?

File under: Gurubusting, Amma All-Over-The-Planet and Ammachi's Imagegate

Our recent posts on Ammachi's Imagegate have turned up some pretty interesting information as of late. Like, did you know there was a hard-hitting biography written about Amma in 1985? It wasn't such a big deal until she went big-time. At that point, author Sreeni Pattathanam had to start worrying about protecting his own life from Ammabots. Especially given the fact that at least five deaths have occurred under mysterious circumstances at her ashram:
Some of deaths which the author alleges as murders at the matt are:

1. The suicide of Subhagan alias Sunilkumar, brother of Amrithananda Mayi. The author alleges that Subhagan was beaten to death for opposing the activities of his sister.

2. Vellappillil Narayanan Kutty of Kodungallur, an inmate of the Amrithanandamayi Ashram, died on April 4, 1990, due to internal hemorrhage as per postmortem report. He was an employee of Government Bureau of Economics and Statistics, Trichur, Kerala. (The New Indian Express, April 19, 1990, Kochi, Kerala, India and Janayugam a Malayalam daily April 22, 1990).

3. Pradeep Kumar, a relative of Amrithananda Mayi, died on August 16, 1994 under mysterious circumstances.

4. Rumdhur, a historian and inmate of the ashram, died on July 15, 2000 within the precincts of the ashram. The ashram authorities did not intimate his death to his friends or his relatives.

5. Ramanatha Iyer of Mumbai allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the 12th floor of Amrithanandamayi Math at Vallikkavu on September 5, 2001. (The New Indian Express, September 6, 2001, Kochi, Kerala)
Yo, cuzz! It seems some of them Ammabots mean serious bidness. And apparently, being related to the Mother of the Universe is quite a dangerous thing in her house.

We wonder what else will turn up as a result of Amma's recent money-grubbing moves to sell herself to the world. As always, all tips will remain strictly confidential.

Yeah there is a lot that goes on, I'm sure. You'll never hear about it though, except on sites like this and a few chat groups here and there....maybe. No one is going to talk about it openly. I wonder how long it will take for the ashram and their ma-genda to stumble across your website? That should be fun.I look forward to it.

It's like clockwork. Ammachi Inc presents her as on an absolute high level of purity and goodness and holiness and godliness. In order to do so, they MUST put something or someone else in the other category (un-godliness etc). There's no other way.

The five people can have various reasons best known to them to have concked off like that. It is just that they happened to be associated with the ammachi or be in the premises at that point of time. Many suicidal people turn to sprituality and when they are not pampered enough at their last resort, they jump off a terrace hoping that dieng in a 'holy' place gives them moksha.
But it puts a whole lot of others to great trouble indeed.

In any case if ammachi 'beleives'
she is devi, then she can sacrifice a few lives of the evil ones...what the heck ?
In the total scheme of things just five people vaccumed is nothing !!!!

...........

But how did the corpse end up with a severed head? Isn't that what Kali does?

Having been well acquainted with close devotees of Ammachi (I'm not a member of her group, but have visited many times, and been hugged lots and lots), and having stayed in her ashram, and observed people there, I find it quite believable that people go nuts there. I've seen people who seemed very close to the edge living there. They were obviously not stable people. Is that Ammachi's fault? I don't think so. As for murders, one of the people I knew, who had been with Ammachi for 12 years, left suddenly, and told me that they didn't want to talk about the reasons. I asked a few questions about it, but it seemed to be centered around that person losing a loved one who died of cancer and Ammachi didn't save them. This person never seemed in fear of their life.

Anything is possible with such a large group of people. Also, remember that Ammachi's relatives do not live on the ashram, but in the village there. Murders occur all the time in villages in India.

I doubt "Kali" or Ammachi caused it.

What kind of dumb shit is this?

Everyone know Subhagan committed suicide due to his having contracted elephantiasis, which then was pretty much incurable.

Sick of you conspiracy theorists trying to make everyone look bad, especially people like Amma, who have done nothing but good for the world.

When you've opened hospitals, schools, given housing to tens of thousands of homeless, provided earthquake relief, tsunami relief, then you can criticize great souls like Ammachi. Till then, you scum need to keep your mouths shut.

btw, I'm not associated with Amma's Ashram, just a humble devotee of Amma's from the US.
