For those still interested in the ever-increasingly sordid affair of Swami Nithyananda, we would like to point out that our man in a parking structure somewhere deep in Bharat, Deepam Throat, just keeps coming up with the goods in the comments section of this blog. Here's a sample of some of today's latest:
The State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) sleuths have stumbled upon a personal bank account of self-styled godman Nithyananda with a leading private sector bank in Bangalore in which he has a whopping total deposit of around Rs 32 crore.While we were overcome with Nithy fatigue weeks ago, DT is still going very strong, so keep your eyes on the comments section here for the latest in the saga of the sex tape swami.
The bank has frozen the account at the behest of the CID which is looking into all the financial transactions –– accounted as well as unaccounted –– of the godman who is now under police custody for interrogation.
At least three other bank accounts where two trusts run by Nithyananda maintain a deposit of around Rs 20-25 crore have already been frozen. The CID is analysing these accounts and the sources of the funds. Efforts are also on to trace whether money from these accounts has been transferred to undisclosed banks abroad.

According to a Shockan reader: Gopika ( Vidja V), Nithy's long time personal assistant slave, has left the cult and filed a First Information Report. This will help convict Nithy of the fraud.
I couldn't wait to see the cunning monster put away for a very long time.
All this money while the ashramites who work day and night live in over-crowded dormitories? And full-time slave Ananda Sevaks without even a dorm space?
Nithy brainwashing when combined with his occult siddhis sure keep many good people trapped.

BENGALURU: The forensic science laboratory in Hyderabad has nailed godman Nithyananda Swami, saying the image in the sex video was his and not morphed as being alleged by the arrested spirtual guru.
And: The CID has sought medical tests to determine his sex. (?!)

Is anyone else disturbed by the last sentence in that article which states "The CID has sought medical tests to determine his sex." WTF??

The bank has frozen the account at the behest of the CID which is looking into all the financial transactions –– accounted as well as unaccounted.
At least three other bank accounts where two trusts run by Nithyananda maintain a deposit of around Rs 20-25 crore have already been frozen. The CID is analysing these accounts and the sources of the funds. Efforts are also on to trace whether money from these accounts has been transferred to undisclosed banks abroad.
Nithyananda’s unaccounted money in his personal account is different from the deposits that are in the name of two trusts, Dhyana Peeta Charitable Trust (DPCT), which was registered in 2003, and Nithyananda Dhyanapeeetam Trust (NDT), registered in 2005.
Police sources believe that money was diverted from donations to Nithyananda’s personal account where profits of a company by the name of Nithyananda Imports and Exports, run by his brother Nithyeshwara, alias Gopinath, were also deposited.
Deccan Herald is in possession of some documents which show exports of a large number of idols of Hindu gods and goddesses which were sold at prices 5 to 15 times higher than their cost price. Some of the wire transfers indicate that the profits were moved from Wells Fargo Bank in California to some Indian banks which are now in the process of being identified.
The only trustees of NDT and DPCT are Nithyananda, his secretary T Dhanasekaran, alias Sadhananda, and his wife D Jamunarani, alias Ma Sadhananda.
The last two have disappeared from Nithyananda’s Bidadi ashram since Saturday.
It is learnt from unimpeachable sources that while DPCT filed a tax return of close to Rs 5 crore in the 2009-10 fiscal, NDT’s return reflect a staggering Rs 8.5 crore.
This unusually high return declared by NDT has prompted the Directorate of Income Tax to select it for special scrutiny.
Income Tax officials will officially write to the CID and seek access to documents related to the financial dealings of Nithyananda’s many organisations operating from the United States, Europe, South America and India.
The sources here as well as abroad have disclosed that Nithyananda and some of his closest associates operated at least three hedge funds which operated from the United States, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The CID is in the process of getting hold of the details of the investment funds as well as obtaining information that in 2008 Nithyananda had plans to outright buy a private island either off the coast of Canada or Indonesia.

Also I feel he has earned the sympathy of more people these days than the actual shame as he is being pushed around even after exposing him to the world. BANGALORE: The Criminal Investigation Department feels that Nithyananda Swamy, who was caught on camera with Tamil film actress Ranjitha, will technically go free on legal grounds.
According to sources, the CDs having the visuals of Nithyananda and Ranjitha do not conclusively prove the charges against him.
Though the visuals imply the duo were in a ‘romantic mood,’ they certainly do not prove rape charges against the swamy. An investigating officer said the CDs have the same visuals which were flashed by the media.
He said the charges under IPC 376 and IPC 377 are not going to be proved unless the victims themselves book cases of rape or unnatural sex against Nithyananda.
Even in the case which was registered by forest officials for possessing illegal sandalwood in Dhyanapeeta, he has already availed bail from the Ramanagaram fast track court on Friday, he pointed out.
CID sources said that in an informal chat, Nithyananda told them he is not worried of criminal charges as they will not be proved against him.

Self-styled godman Nithyananda’s hedge fund that operated in the United States was named Nithyananda Investment Fund I, LP (limited partnership), according to investigations by Deccan Herald.
Another entity that managed the fund was called Nithyananda Capital Management LLC, or a limited liability company. The Fund was incorporated in November 2007 with its business address as 113 N, Econolockhatchee Trail, Orlando, Florida
“a private investment company making investments in and trading listed securities, over the counter securities and public offerings”. Under Rule 506 of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Fund had exemption to “raise an unlimited amount of money”.
Please read the comments from GuruSwamiG in February just before the scandal broke out. She was very impressed with the teachings of the master. She is such a FAKE and now she is throwing bad words at Nithyananda. She is a coward and not a Guru at all. Request you to spread this message as she is also a fake. In one of her latest video she tells she met swamiji to warn him about dangerous techniques Nithy was teaching, but the date time stamp in these comments tells me that GuruSwamiG did not do anything like than, instead she was trying to join hands with him. She is a Liar and such a fake. You should use this evidence to shut this lady's mouth.

Namaste – It is good to see this down to earth and balanced Sat Guru – yes preparation needs to be in place so that when Nirvikalpa Samadhi is entered that it may remain as Nirvikalpa Sahaja. That the mind will remain stilled – and direct Consciousness is there.
GuruSwamiG a.k.a. Ganga Karmokar a.k.a. Sharon is not only a fake guru but a fake swami as well. Like Nithy, she does not have a valid lineage or parampara. Yet Nithy places a little better than her if only just because of the 4-5 years of training he had with the Ramakrishna Mission. Ganga has no training whatsoever, absolutely nothing... actually, not even a high school diploma. Basically, she is just making comments on YouTube to ride on the popularity of the issue. BANGALORE: Tainted godman Swami Nithyananda, who when shrouded in charges of sexual misconduct had declared that he would “live a life of spiritual seclusion till indefinite time”, seems to have decided to come back and head his Dhyanapeetam at Bidadi, say sources in the Criminal Investigation Department.
Nithyananda, who is presently in the Ramanagaram district jail, say CID officials, is upbeat at the belief that he will soon be out on bail and continue as the ‘Master’ of the Dhyanapeetam.
“I will continue living by heading the Dhyanapeetham once I get released on bail. I have done nothing wrong. There are still lakhs of devotees who believe me and my messages from the Gurupeeta,” he is said to have told CID officers, a source said.
