Guru Turns Into Post-Assassination Hitler

File under: The Siddhi of PR

When charismatic Hindu preacher Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati was assassinated in India's eastern Orissa State back on August 23, it was believed to be the work of Maoist rebels. Not anymore. It looks like someone (like BJP supporters the Bajrang Dal and the VHP) has taken up the cause of his revenge, spun together with a little added Christian-bashing:
The family of Solomon Digal was summoned by neighbors to what serves as a public square in front of the village tea shop.

They were ordered to get on their knees and bow before the portrait of a Hindu preacher. They were told to turn over their Bibles, hymnals and the two brightly colored calendar images of Christ that hung on their wall. Then, Mr. Digal, 45, a Christian since childhood, was forced to watch his Hindu neighbors set the items on fire.

“‘Embrace Hinduism, and your house will not be demolished,’” Mr. Digal recalled being told on that Wednesday afternoon in September. “‘Otherwise, you will be killed, or you will be thrown out of the village.’”
Ramakrishna Paramhamsa is spinning in his ashes like a West Texas twister right now. One can only hope that Sri Saraswati's are rotating with an equal velocity, but we kind of doubt it.

As the media is overwhelmingly controlled by missionaries & evangelical footsoldiers , you should read the following:

" ... It is a fact that the Churches and missionaries take the help of Maoists to fight Hindu organisations and Vatican must be aware of it, as it organises enough funds for such activities in the name of education and health care.

Also, with the blessings of the Papacy, many coercive methods have been operationalised by the Christian Missionaries and the ‘inculturation technique’ is one among them. Adaptation of Hindu cultural customs and rituals to propagate Christian faith has been vigorously going on and it has reached its height with the release of ‘Indianised’ New Community Bible (NCB), which includes references from the Vedas, Upanishads, Mahabaratha and other Hindu scriptures.

This inculuration modus operandi is devious strategy, literally mocking at the Hindu majority and provoking them to beyond the limits of tolerance. Such provocations, added with militancy, insults the Hindu majority forcing them to react. Even then, they do not stop their activities and continue with the help of the pseudo-secular media and political parties.

A new breed of missionaries tied to expansionist evangelical movements from the US, GB and Australia are playing havoc in tribal and coastal areas. The destruction caused by the 2004 tsunami was fully utilised by these missionaries to convert many coastal belts of Taminadu.

They constitute ‘Indian Evangelical Teams’ (IET), which are very aggressive and unprincipled in nature. The Christian Science Monitor reports that these IETs have already planted 2000 Churches and they have set a goal of 7,777 Churches by the end of 2010.

The Vatican, which called for the evangelisation of India in 1999, cannot claim to be ignorant on all these matters. The Pope, who had said that St.Thomas had never landed on Indian soil, has also agreed to promote the movie on St.Thomas being produced by the Madras Archdiocese, knowing pretty well that a total distortion of history and inclusion of false history has been a part of the making.

On one side the Pope has been appealing for love, peace, harmony and co-existence of all religions and on the other side, he has been promoting all sorts of evangelical methods..."

Counter-propaganda noted.

Innocent people are being killed, this makes the Hindus involved no less evil than the Nazis, regardless of what they believe a few Christians have done. There is no excuse and no justification for these actions, period, whether the victims be Christian, Muslim, Hindu or of any other faith.

Why label stark facts as " counter propaganda "?

What is happening in Orissa is an Ethnic fight between the Scheduled Caste (SC) Christians and the Scheduled Tribe (ST) Hindus. The missionaries from different parts of the world have found a nice haven to harvest souls in Orissa to foister this ethinic unrest. No wonder so many visiting christian missionaries from all over are residing in Orissa. It is easy to blame the Tribal Hindus for the violence against christians but you do not see the other part of the continous christian propoganda and machinery demeaning the hindus and creating an alternate economy by and for christians in kandhmal. It takes two hands to clap.

Back in 1965, when I had been newly baptized into the Dime Box, Texas, First Baptist Church, I remember well sittin in the church with the other male members, the women already havin been sent home to fry up the chicken, to vote whether a black family could attend our services. There were no beatins or lynchins, just a polite suggestion they find Jesus elsewhere... Now these same church folks would love to have anybody come to our church, the cost of doin God's business havin gone sky high! It's been a hard lesson for me personal to discover over the past 10-12 years that a lot of Indian Hindus are just as bad now as we southerners were in 1965!

You bet ! You must be the authority on it as churchianity peddlers & jihadists have always been at it.

An allegedly Ma Kali devotee would not resort to selective postings & eclipsing of vital facts in the guise of comments moderation.

My friend, I would say that the important question here and now is whether or nut folks are bein killed in India by Hindus just for the way they choose to think about the Good Lord... not whether lots of christians and muslems and other hindus have been doin it for years also! If they are bein harmed for that then your Hindus must face the same kind of criticims we have brought on our sad asses for a thousand years. You fellows have joined the ranks of the despicable! You have become us! Now go and be proud of your great Hindu tradi5tions!

Watch the movie 'Wag the Dog '.

Media controlled by churchians , overzealous missionaries & their ultrahyperzealous footsoldiers(including lots of Indoos) with the aid of fauxtography are adept at churning out " reports & stories " replete with alleged , purported gangggrapes thrown in for good measure.

Trust insular compassionate dogooders perennially carrying the whiteman's burden to be swayed by them and malign us in pavlovian outrage.

It has always been a win win for you isn't it?
When proved wrong , chucks & jodys have to look contrite and trot out apologiesss:))

Now there is some Grade A delusion, eh Chuckji?

Not that we can't be wrong sometimes, just that in this case, killing people for their religious beliefs is just as evil in India as it is anywhere else.

One of my good fortunes is to have lived long enough to not feel the need to defend the outrageous and shameful deeds done when I was growin up in the south. We was taught that practically everybody born from the beginnin of time until then was goin to Hell. There was only a handful gonna be saved and they all lived or had lived in Texas! But at least we go out and burn folks houses down for goin to another church. We just felt sorry that they was bound for hell! Ain't it bad enough that these poor folks in India have it so bad that becomin a christian seems like a good thang to them?! Havin read this stuff I might even become a christian agin my own self, even though I've been goin to church all these years anyway!

One thing to note is that many Hindus who convert away from Hinduism into other belief systems are Dalits (formerly known as untouchables).

They get tired of being despised and at the bottom of the Hindu caste system, and decide to opt out entirely, some by converting to Christianity, others by following the example of Dr. Ambedkar and converting to Buddhism.

The Hindu fundamentalists hate this. And the Hindu fundies also resent it that important jobs and places at universities are not being set aside for Dalits, a form of affirmative action.

Hell hath no fury like Brahmins whose ancient top dog status is being splendidly subverted by Dalits who choosing to defect and drop out of the whole wretched set up to stand tall as human beings and better themselves.

The real remedy is to eliminate the built in evils of the caste system, and also end other noble traditions such as expensive dowries, and valuing male children at the expense of female children.

If Hinduism were to clean up its act and eliminate the entire untouchable catagory, foreign imports like Christianity would lose much of their appeal.

The BJP are just upper castes who are terrified of losing their top dog status.

Without someone to despise and spit on and clean the latrines, there's no meaning in being upper caste.

The BJP need someone impure to despise, because only in relation to social scapegoats are the upper castes 'upper'.

The Dalits served as a sort of decimal place, keeping the rank system in place...which was justified by all sorts of pretty allegorical stories.

When there is no one left to spit on and avoid, there's no way to be upper caste.

One can only be upper in relation to an underling.

And the Dalits are opting out.

The BJP hates Christianity and Buddhism because it gives the Dalits a place to go.

Note: it isnt Christianity per se that is the problem. Syrian Christians have been in India for nearly 2,000 years---and they follow a caste system.

The BJP doesnt object to them..these ancient Indian Christians have so acculturated that they follow the caste system that the Hindu fundamentalists want to protect.

Its the recent, missionary Christians that the BJP hate, because it is this form of Christianity, along with Ambedkar's Buddhist/Dalit liberation movement, that disrupt the entire caste system by giving Dalits a dignified alternative and enabling them to ditch the caste system all together.

The real religion of the Hindu fundies is the caste system. If a belief system or social policy leaves the caste system intact, the BJP will have no objection.

It's not acculturation, my friend. You're obviously unaware of the fact that many Brahmins historically converted to Christianity, yet, to this day, continue to maintain a Hindu cultural identity.

I have a friend who tells me her family are actually Konkani Brahmins. These converted Christians continue to often use Hindu names and still regard themselves as superior to the Dalit / Scheduled caste Christians.

On a related note, ever wonder why the Christian missionaries don't try their subversive indoctrination tactics with the significant numbers of Muslims in India? Don't they need "saving" as well?

I have only been to India onest but was impacted how much Indians are like my fellow Texans and southerners of the 50's and early 60's! No doubt the Christian missionaries are out to disrupt the status quo and use the untouchables as a means to this here end! In East Texas, a missionary or evangelist is given mouth service as someone workin for the Lord but secretly considered as bein suspicious characters who are too lazy to actually get a job and work!

Like in the Old South, the uppercrust Braymins, as we pronounce it down here, want to use the middle class Indians and the religious nuts, to beat down and controll the uppidy untouchables and other lower caste folks who are not content to clean up and eat the shit of their so called betters! Change is comin and not just from the outside adjitators of missionaries! If Hindus want to maintain somethin of their grand traditions, they better pull their heads out of their asses and start tryin to understand and apply what that tradition stands for, ie the Self and knowin who we are and have always been!

In all regards to the innocents being attacked, in some sense, one could say that the way chrisitians were treating hindus in the past is being repeated, however, the only difference today is that it is 'indian' chrisitans not 'white' chrisitans being killed.

Having said that the hindus are killing, despite the fact that india is a secular, in their terms, gives equal respect to all religions by law.

Also yes, the pope and other religious people seek to convert or destroy india (or hindus).

The general hypocrisy regarding the dalits (low caste) even after conversion is something that will not go away. A post made a year or so mentioned that many people 'claim' to be low caste to get benefits.

Someone mentioned about Dr Ambedkar. What do you call a low caste 'hindu', refused to have an education in india, goes to england gets a degree, becomes a professor, a Dsc which is higher than a Phd and learns sanskrit (another 'hindu' language used by priests) to a high level of competence, comes back to india and was a politician? He has a public holiday named after him and he married a high caste brahmin, which would shock the BJP anyday.

However I have seen the disrespect given to him by middle and upper crust hindus, by garland of shoes, who are scared and even I saw a sikh participating with an ambedkar book burning in a youtube video.

Thats why I am glad not to believe in Hinduism anymore.

Prackster, it aint about whether Hinduism sucks. All religions suck cause of the folks claimin that religion. Right now I'm thinkin better of Hinduism cause you no longer claim to be one. In you, some of the good in Hinduism remains!

Since St Thomas hisseff was martyred in India (that's right folks, and they even built a church over what is supposedly his remains) by the Hindu mob, there have been Christians in India. What else is new? It's like this: nobody likes anyone to convert to anything they aren't also converting to. It's just human nature -- if I'm not doin it, you shouldn't be doin it. Hindus, Christians, Muslims, there's room for all the hatred in the world! Religion makes people hate each other. Why bother with it if you like people even a little?

by the way, the pope only has influence over Catholics, fundamentalist christians think he is the anti -christ, and the rest just think he's a guy who dresses funny, so don't lump all together. i personally think if you got rid of all Christians and westerners tomorrow , the people that were left would still find reasons to kill each other, but that is never fun to look at.
